SAMS is a multi-tenant SaaS platform: when your organization registers, it gets its own subdomain, its own employee directory, its own holiday calendar, and its own payroll rules — completely isolated from every other organization on the platform. A Super Admin reviews and approves each new organization before it goes live, so every account on SAMS is a verified, real business.

Common questions

Verified RCM staff who administer the platform can reset their password from the platform password reset page. If you're an employee, manager, or org admin of a registered organization, go to your own organization's sign-in page (your company's SAMS subdomain) and use "Forgot your password?" there instead.

Every new organization is reviewed by a Super Admin before it can log in — this keeps every account on SAMS verified. You'll be able to sign in as soon as it's approved.

Yes. Every organization gets its own subdomain and completely isolated data — employees, attendance, leave, and payroll records are never shared across organizations.
